"A beautiful hotel on Samui island. The staff are incredible, the hotel beautifully maintained and so large you feel like you’re truly away from it all. Don’t miss out on visiting the spa (try the coconut flow), or taking one of the complimentary gym classes (Muay Thai training with Mik and Sean was absolutely fantastic!) Last but not least, the food and restaurants. Aum took brilliant care of us at Breakfast, Jakky supplied endless fresh coconuts at the pool bar, One Rai was unbelievably good (special thanks to Raj & chef Armaan who explained so much about the flavours and dishes) and also Pak Thai for traditional Thai food (Beauty was incredible with her food recommendations and education on local dishes!). Also don’t miss the Fire show on the beach after dinner! We can’t wait to come back!"

"This is a spectacular hotel and somewhere to truly unwind. If you have transport or are happy paying around 400bht for a grab taxi each way then the remote location isn't a problem. On site spa and restaurant are very expensive for the quality, which isn't bad, however if you travel to any spa or restaurant the quality of the service and food is always incredible and costs significantly less. We had a pool villa for two weeks and it was unbelievably beautiful, the staff are generally so helpful and polite and the sanctuary pool is by far the nicest pool I've ever been in, so peaceful. I would 100% return here, we rented a scooter and travelled all over the island but enjoyed returning to a peaceful piece of paradise. Thank you Melati"

The property was extremely beautiful and most importantly the staff was so attentive and the service was phenomenal everything from the pool to the spa to the food was a 10 out of 10 the location was top-tier if you’re looking for relaxation, this is the place to be at."

"The room was clean and spacious. The view was spectacular! Just like the photos. Staff were pleasant and helpful. They listened to our requests and did their best to make them happen. We enjoyed watching the planes fly past. Overall it was a wonderful holiday!"

"This was an awesome find. The room was spacious and private with a nice balcony overlooking one of the pools. There are several pools onsite. The balcony was complete with a spa bath big enough for 2 comfortably. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the setting overlooking the beach with the sea breeze was an awesome start to the day. I would definitely stay here again. The area was full of fantastic local dining spots. We sampled many in our 8 night stay."

"Our family of three (husband, myself and 7 year old daughter), have just returned from an almost two week stay at Kimpton Kitalay. We had an incredible time at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and we loved the nightly treats whether it’s a face mask or toffees. There is always an attendant in your block of rooms if you need extra towels or a quick refresh. We made so much use of the balcony, such relaxing couches to read and wind down in peace. The breakfast buffets were excellent, the hotel catered for our dietary requirements, even making my daughter gluten free, vegan pancakes and muffins! Shoutout to Chef Banana who did a Thai cooking class for me and my daughter, such a special experience. The kids club is lovely, plenty of activities for children to get involved with. The spa is fantastic, shoutout to Peng who provided the most relaxing massage I have ever had. The infinity pool and the room access pools were well maintained and clean, never felt too busy. The hotel is on a stretch of public beach where you can access water sports, food places, massages on the beach etc. Overall, one of the best stays we have had, all staff is friendly and helpful, food was delicious and the hotel itself was impeccable. Would love to return!"
