Property is not new but that reflects on the price. Well kept. Above all excellent Burmese staff. Good breakfast for 160b. Lunch and dinner options too. No need to eat out and get tummy ache. Could use overhead shower head and a ceiling fan in the washroom. Ac blows cold with 123 setting. Nice balcony overlooking the ocean. In house beer purchase option after 711 closes
