"Enjoyed a few days near the coast in a well-kept home that was a great size for our family of 5. Our host communicated with us very nicely and even checked in with us after a storm. We will definitely look up this location again for future trips."

"The property and the house were excellent, the only disappointment was that the water was very brown and there were a lot of small jelly fish so the pond was not swimmable. We were able to paddle via kayak to the ocean beach at the end of the pond. Other than that I would highly recommend this rental."

"This property is amazing! It is so easy to get to the beaches, and very close to restaurants. Since we flew in, I was thrilled to find beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use - they came in so handy! There are also plenty of beach towels. The house is cozy, yet spacious. My kids slept quietly in a bedroom while some louder adults stayed up late, and the kids were never woken up. My 3 & 6 year old loved the games in the living room, and we had a blast with all of the yard games as well. There are PLENTY of bikes - for ALL age ranges! The washer & dryer upstairs made it so easy to do our laundry throughout the week. The kitchen is WELL stocked - and there were plenty of plastic items, which eased my mind with my little kids running around! The rooms upstairs are very comfortable. They have just the right amount of furniture in the rooms, but any more and it would be crowded - it definitely wasn't an issue for us! Every room also has a mini split, which was so clutch. My mom likes to sleep in an 80 degree room, and I DO NOT, so that was a very nice feature. The yard was great, but the only drawback is that it is close to Rt 1 - my 6 year old was fine, but I had to keep eyes on my 3 year old, as he is an explorer at times! I can't say enough good things about this house, though. It made our vacation so much more amazing!"
