I had to leave one day before scheduled and asked for the refund of one night. The answer of the Hotel was NO ! although the reception confirmed it should be possible ! Not fair at all !!

โรงแรมสวยมากคะ บรรยากาศดีมาก พนักงานก็บริการดีคะ แต่วันที่เราไป เราไม่สามารถรูดบัตรเครดิตได้เนื่องจากพนักงานที่ทำเป็นเค้าลา และคนที่อยู่ก็ทำไม่เป็น ซึ่งหากบางคนไม่พกเงินสดไปคงแย่ พนักงานทุกคนควรทำเป็น ยิ่งเป็นวันเสาร์อาทิตย์ด้วย และตอนกลางคืนเราสั่งเม็ดมะม่วงมาทาน คือ มันป่นมาก ไม่มีสภาพเป็นเม็ดเลย ห้องเราน้ำไหลไม่แรง แต่น้องที่ไปด้วยกันบอกห้องเค้าน้ำแรง
