"I had such a wonderful stay here, and I especially want to thank the manager, Toko. He was incredibly helpful on my first night after arriving, and his kindness really made a huge difference. All the other managers and staff were also so friendly and welcoming to both me and my son. It’s rare nowadays to find a place where people genuinely care, but this hotel absolutely made us feel at home. It might not be the most luxurious or “top 5-star” hotel I’ve stayed in, but it has become my favourite by far. The warmth, support, and hospitality we received here truly made this one of the best decisions I made for our Japan trip. I can’t thank them enough — we’ll definitely be back."
