Just across the street you will have the best coralline white beach at the Caribbean. Excellent for swimming, diving, snorkling or just relaxing with a cold Colombian beer in your hands. Excellent prices. With the same money you have to spend in North American or Europe daily you can stay 3 or 4 days in San Andres Island.

The location is good because it is a few steps away from the beach. However, we were transferred to another hotel from the chain, which was three blocks away from the beach. We did not have a say in the change, it was just done by the hotel upon check-in time. We were changed to Portobelo Plaza Las Americas.

Hotel de pessima qualidade.

Bom para começar desde o 1 dia tivemos problema com o quarto, chegamos la o cheiro estava super forte uma mistura de mofo com produto de limpeza, piso do quarto sujo e com vasamento no box e p completar do nada a central de ar pifa. Ai trocamos de quarto bem depois de tanto relatar que o quarto estava ruim. Chegando no quarto novo as pessoas da limpeza simplesmente nao limpavam o quarto direito. A agua do chuveiro e da pia fedia e tinha gosto ruim. O que me ajudou foram 3 moças maravilhosas, duas que trabalhavam na recepção e uma com tranças no cabelo que super me ajudou e entendeu o que eu estava passando ate falei que a unica coisa que eu iria elogiar foram elas 3. Observação o CAFÉ da manhão um dos piores q ja comi meu Deus, nao tinha opção e sabor e sem contar as atendentes que mal acabavamos de comer tiravam os pratos praticamente da nossa mão. Algum bem mal educados. E reclamei porque pagamos caro e o valor não bate com a qualidade desse hotel. Somente porque fica proximo a praia mais com certeza devem ter hoteis do mesmo preço ou menors que vala mais a pena. Lembrando que eu relatei absolutamente tudo para todos da recepção.

PÉSIMO!!!! El peor hotel que puedes reservar

El peor hotel que me quedado, me dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción por lo que no pude dormir en toda la noche del ruido de la gente entrando y saliendo, no había agua caliente, habían muchos animales que se metían por debajo de la puerta, la nevera (minibar) excesivamente ruidosa y al check out me estaban cobrando 40 Mil pesos que porque me había quitado la manilla del hotel….un robo y fiasco de hotel NO lo recomiendo Pésimo

Decepcionante

Hotel sem infraestrutura decente para os hóspedes, quarto com mto cheiro de mofo e não tem água quente no chuveiro. Assim que chegamos fomos direcionados para o segundo andar que o quarto era bem fedorento e só tinha torneira de água fria no chuveiro, solicitei que mudassem para quarto com água quente e no dia seguinte me colocaram no terceiro andar onde tinham 2 torneiras água quente e fria, porém msm assim só saia água fria e em conta gotas, nao dava pra tomar banho direito inclusive lavar cabelos longos, um terror :( e o cheiro de mofo permanecia, o elevador com cheiro de fossa. O café da manhã é bom pq é servido em outro local, nada que incomode ter que caminhar bem pouco, a localização é mto boa, a praia está menos de 1 minuto e é boa para banho de mar. A internet só funciona na recepção do hotel, o que faz ficar cheia de gnt, e nao é mto grande. San Andrés é lindo demais, águas com cores maravilhosas, mas não pensem que irão encontrar infraestrutura como de Cancún, está bem longe disso, até msm pq se trata de uma ilha, onde td deve ser bem restrito e pensado, pois não é fácil ter as coisas por lá, energia, água potável, tratamento de esgoto, mas para curtir a natureza é perfeito!
