The staff was excellent very accommodating very helpful from the Bellman Robert to the morning front staff in assisting you and everything that you needed. Will stay there again very clean. The food was great.

Overall, the hotel was decent. The best aspects were the location, the buffet, and the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the hotel—especially the room—was not very clean. I took a few photos showing how mouldy some parts of the toilet were. They really need to fix the ventilation system. All the staff were lovely, except for the lady at the reception. Her cocky attitude definitely takes some points off the hotel review.

We went there to celebrate our honeymoon. We got a really bad experience. Too noisy during late night for 2 days and we couldn’t sleep. Not privacy They took 50 mil pesos from my wife wallet. We will keep our good memories from the last 2 days. Receptionist, people who works in the buffet area and bellboy. I do not recommend this place. Some people that works In the hotel are not friendly.
