The property was under construction, there was garbage and construction materials all over the property. When we pulled in the pool was covered and and not able to use. When we went into our room the carpet was wet the TV didn't work the phone didn't work the shower blew water all over the bathroom. Room smelled of mildew, the shower was mildewy and rusty, toilet seat was loose. Black spots on the wall by the window. Bedsheets seemed clean. No bedbugs at least. No ice available. Mini fridge was moldy.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean but rust stains on bathtub. You could tell they were trying but building is old and needs major restoration or tear down. Major cracks in the ceiling and walkways. Cold ac. good cable. so really can’t complain.
