Riverwalk Plaza
They wouldn’t let my brother stay there because he didn’t have a card and they still haven’t returned the money because it was booked through Expedia. I cannot figure out how to get the refund through Expedia and the hotel could care less

Sonesta ES Suites San Antonio Downtown Alamo Plaza
We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were informed that our room was not ready. Later, when we checked in, we were told that our room was overbooked. It’s incredibly ridiculous!

Drury Plaza Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk
Room was clean & comfy. WiFi I never was able to get connected. I’ve always enjoyed my stays at this location but this time our room lights kept flickering and wouldn’t stay on consistently. Also, newer and bigger tv screens would be amazing. The ones currently in the rooms are outdated.
