About this property

A Country Feel in the Middle of Boerne

  • Great new property situated in the middle of Boerne. Very secluded and surrounded by huge oak trees. Easy walk to Main Street (6 blocks). The Old Depot Walking Trail is a half block away. Take the trail East to Cibolo Creek or West to Bumdoodlers Pies! The Depot Cottage was newly built in Dec 2016 out of Hill Country limestone. It is modeled after the Old Nature Center Historic Building on Main Street. Depot Cottage is located on a street that used to be named Depot Street and housed the Boerne Depot Station. It is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and has all the modern amenities as well (WIFI is included). The three acre property is gated and there is a small fenced in grass area to keep pets safe. You will see whitetail and axis deer on the adjoining properties. Enjoy all the convenience of downtown Boerne while feeling like you are secluded in the Texas Hill Country.
