☆ KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee machine, plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, electric kettle, oven, blender, microwave, paper towels, salt, pepper, and Complimentary coffee.

☆ DINING ROOM: Enjoy meals and memorable get-togethers in our lovely dining table with comfortable seating for 6.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and black out curtains for a good night's sleep.

The master bedroom has a KING size bed, it's own private bathroom with shower and garden tub.

The second and third guest rooms have queen size beds.

The fourth bedroom features a trundle bed with one twin and one full bed.

☆OUTDOOR PATIO: plenty of space for your group to chill & grill, and enjoy a meal or drinks outside.


☆BATHROOMS
2 full bathrooms upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. For your convenience, we offer a complimentary supply of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and toilet paper.

Neighborhood highlights
Parking is the driveway and front of the house on the street.A maximum of four cars should fit, two on the driveway and two on the street in front of the house.The street is public, but out of courtesy,every house reserves the street in front of their house,and all agreed. A Cul de Sac(circle) where extra cars can be parked, it's first come,first take.


Please note that we have installed a ring camera outside of the property for safety purposes. There is one near the front door that monitors the front of the house. There are no cameras inside the property.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden INSIDE and will result in a minimum fine of $750. You are welcome to step onto the side patio and enjoy.

Good layout with a lot of space.

We chose this place because of the location and the number of bedrooms available. The space was as advertised and everyone had their own bedroom, The common living space was also good with everything we needed. The 2nd floor laundry area was great! The place could use some attention to maintenance issues: there were missing panels to the vertical blinds and the other window blinds did not work very well. Some of the bathroom rugs and towels were worn and should be replaced. The garage was not available for use, as advertised. The owner communicated well and was very responsive, which we greatly appreciated! Overall it was a good space that just needs a little attention to a few issues.
