Room was very spacious. Room could’ve been cooler. AC was on 64, but didn’t seem to be cooling. Tub was amazing! Very quiet. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a suite… it was clean and a good size for our family….. one air conditioner did not work…. We asked for assistance but was ignored…. It was somewhat uncomfortable because one room was cold to keep the other room livable…. San Antonio is typically on the hot side…… not happy with the lack of response.

From desk was lovely, the ladies and staff were great as well, yet the room and overall hotel was not great. The remotes did not work we asked for new ones the lady came by gave us new ones they still didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv for the first night until the next day. The sofa bed was also broken and the mattress had a stain, the fan that was there was also broken and would move a lot to the point where it felt like it could fall off. The breakfast was good though I will end it with that regardless of everything else. Please do better.

Everyone on staff was extremely helpful and nice! Check in was quick. Room was spacious. Pool was refreshing. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was clean in all areas we went. We will definitely stay here again!

As Expedia told us about Accessible it was for disability customers. On our stay on October 8, 2026, to October 9, 2026, we received a suite with 2 TVs, and the bathroom was a bathroom for people like us. The room details on October 8, 2026, was stated as: "Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Accessible, Bathtub (with Sofa bed)". Then our stay on October 26, 2026, the room details stated "(Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Accessible, Bathtub (with Sofa bed)". We got 1 TV with the bathroom mirror outside the bathroom and of course metal rails throughout the bathtub. It was definitely for disability customers. How come we received one room different from the other room. This is not a motel that is up front with their customers. Now they're trying to charge me a $50 fee for the room being not according to what they wanted after the stay. I have pictures of the room after we left, and the room was in good condition, unless they expected us to make the bed. Expedia along with the Best Western Plus Hill Country Suites are corporations that I recommend never to use. They are about money and not their customers. I will be in touch with an attorney.
