  • AMAZING HISTORIC HOME IN TOBIN HILL! PRIME LOCATION! This beautifully renovated home is in one of the most sought after areas in San Antonio. This home is literally two properties over from the St. Mary's Strip which offers tons of restaurants, nightlife and is exactly 1 mile from The Pearl! Enjoy 1,846 sq. ft. of living space and an expansive covered front porch along with multiple areas to entertain in the backyard. This home has never been rented, very well maintained and is ready for its guests to enjoy! Unpack and enjoy SA..Literally! Minutes from the Riverwalk, Alamodome & so much more! Please note: our home is located in one of the streets off of Hwy 281 South and off the St. Mary's strip that attracts a very large crowd on weekends. Road noise can be heard from inside the homes and sometimes noise from the St. Mary's strip.
