Blue House - Suite 2

The Arbor House dates back to 1903 when a Swiss cabinet maker built these cottage homes for himself and his family. We pride ourselves in providing our guests with an authentic San Antonio stay. New management is excited and thrilled to provide new experiences in downtown SA. Conveniently located one block from La Villita and River Walk and two blocks from Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center.

Located on the second floor your suite comes with a bedroom with a king bed and a living area with a full size sleeper sofa. Also, your space has its own bathroom and kitchen area with a microwave, sink, dishes, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.

Please make sure to enjoy the garden area and porch patio.

Very nice apartment. Clean and close to so many attractions. I had hoped for more of a kitchenette. The mattress may need replaced soon. The patio area was not ready for guests, but otherwise a very nice stay.

Great, clean stay just a few minute walk from the River Walk

Excellent Location and Price

I've stayed all over the riverwalk area, but this place is among one of my places. It's perfectly split between La Villita and King William, and it's on a quiet street. I plan to stay here again.

Quaint Downtown San Antonio stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much at this property. It was so quaint, clean, and well appointed. walking distance to many restaurants downtown, the Riverwalk, convention center, it was perfect for my husband and I during our two day stay! Would certainly book again!

Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed our long weekend in San Antonio. This location was perfect for all that we wanted to see and do. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We walked to The River Walk, Alamo, King William Historical District, Southtown, etc etc

Amazing Location in San Antonio

Great location and easy stay

Fantastic location and it was like borrowing a place from a friend. Check in took no time at all and we had zero problems after that. We walked everywhere and even got to enjoy the front porch for a little while. Great stay.

We were in town for a conference. The listing was incorrect when we originally booked but the property manager was very friendly and tried to be as flexible as possible. The location was surprisingly quiet and made for a very peaceful place to come back and rest after lots of running around.

Fun in San Antonio

My wife and I typically look to avoid big hotels, and this was a great find for our first trip to San Antonio. It is close to Riverwalk and all that attracts visitors to the area, including the Alamo. We enjoyed staying here in an older property, sharing some history with all that makes San Antonio great.

Great place to stay near the Riverwalk

Beautiful room at historic property that is close to everything. The property is located just 2 short blocks to the Riverwalk and a 15 minute walk to the convention center. We arrived early and the host was gracious enough to let us check in early and was quick to respond to messages or calls. I loved it and will definitely be back next year.

Cozy, perfect location!

This suite was a perfect place for us to experience San Antonio for the first time. Location was perfect. Just two short blocks to the river walk. Easy access to the freeway. 10 minutes to Fort Sam Houston we’re are son is currently. The room had all we needed and was nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodations and location

I stayed at this location alone during a conference at the Grand Hyatt which was about a 15 minute walk away (which I enjoyed through the nearby park). Outside the apartment was well lit which felt important because it did feel like I was just starting to get on the outskirts of the main action in the area. Cleanliness, decor, space, amenities all felt great. The bed was very comfortable. Location was excellent. I walked to the conference, to the River Walk, to downtown, to restaurants nearby and to the park with an awesome ice cream spot called Lick. It was a very fun trip! One note is the construction that is going on nearby. Another heads up, when people come in and out of the building, my locked apartment door would crash loudly, scared me the first time but then I knew what it was. First time to San Antonio. I will be back next year for the same conference and plan on staying here again!

Great location

I was in San Antonio for a conference that was held at one of the large riverwalk hotels. The Arbor property was more economical and, despite all of the downtown construction, an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel/riverwalk. The property has a nice outdoor area for relaxing and is also within easy walking distance of the King William Historic District with its numerous restaurants and funky shops.
