We hire a service to perform a turn-over for guests each stay. There is a list posted near the front door; this is for stays longer than 2 days.
If you have used all the towels (pool/bath), we would appreciate it if you could hang them or throw them in the wash. Please clean the grill if used, ready for the next guest.
If there is open food, please dispose of it or take it with you. Unopened food items can remain, and we'll offer them to the next guests, where appropriate. Did you leave anything? Reach out ASAP.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Quiet hours (10 PM–8 AM CST) are required by San Antonio. Early or late check-in may be arranged for a fee of $75.
