The staff provide excellent service. We traveled with our two dogs and everyone we interacted with was helpful and kind. We love staying here for the convenient location also, most things we had planned were within walking distance. The restaurant and the bars are worth visiting, good drinks and food. This hotel has no pool. The online photo appeared to have a pool:( There are no carpet or runners on the hotel room floors! Walking bare foot on concrete is gross. Slippers should be provided to ALL guests. The open-air bar was wonderful and very comfortable. Very underwhelming hotel for the price to stay.
