Great little spot for a stay in SA

This property was perfect for my family’s weekend trip to San Antonio. Although we only stayed for one night there was plenty of space for all 5 of us to have comfortably stayed for longer. Check in process was super easy and the location was great for visiting all of SA attractions. Will definitely be looking to stay here on future San Antonio trips!

Great access to the Henry B Gonzalez Convention center, Alamodome, downtown in general. The quickmart across the street was convenient! Comfortable house with a parking spot in the drive. Thank you!

Was a nice clean house. Love downstairs polished cement flooring. Place was clean. Came with essentials like to/ some papertowels, neighborhood was a little scary, but your downtown so.... was pretty quiet other than some sitens.pots n pans.

Awesome House

I loved the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice, and the couch was a great bed too. It would have been nice if there were a few more chairs in the backyard, and laundry detergent for the washer. The house is actually in good walking and scooter distance from the downtown. We definitely enjoyed the stay!

In San Antonio for an Alamodome Event

Most importantly, this property was very convenient to the Alamodome. We were able to walk back and forth and check on our pets throughout the days of our event. The home was as advertised and met our expectations. The owner checked-in on us throughout our stay and inquired if we needed anything. Awesome.

Mini Family Getaway

Overall, very spacious for our family (2 adults, 2 toddlers). The neighborhood was very quiet, and the location was near all the places we wanted to go to. The only “con” would be that the beds were not very comfortable. If you can overlook that, everything else is as advertised.

Short walk to downtown and River Walk

Very convenient location. The property had everything needed for a nice stay and our lab enjoyed being able to walk out the door into a small fenced area as well as strolling to a cute little mini-park at the end of the street. It's a neighborhood in transition with numerous remodels and scrapes (many of which kept the integrity of the original design) so we enjoyed walking through it to see the changes on our way to the River Walk. It's a great way to get your steps, or a very inexpensive Uber to get downtown.

Great Gem Downtown

This is a fantastically priced gem of a property near important event venues! The home is well maintained and uniquely includes the use of a one car garage that was super helpful during a cold snap that included freezing rain. The host was accessible but let us have our privacy. Love the half bath downstairs and appreciated the well thought out living room. Perfect for a weekend with friends watching regional NFL playoff games! Bring your own Keurig pods! …. We forgot … but convenient grocery stores nearby.

Last minute booking - went great!

My husband and I made our first trip to Texas to visit family in Houston. Our trip to San Antonio was kind of a last-minute plan: the fam wanted to do an overnight and take us to the touristy sights of the city. We reserved this place from Tommaso the day before our trip (we went during the middle of the week - Tuesday night to Wednesday). Things went very smoothly, he was very communicative, the instructions were simple and clear, he was a nice guy. When we arrived, I wasn't too sure about the neighborhood. The route we drove took us through some pretty sketchy areas... This place is in a nice up-and-coming area, and I felt at ease after I saw the hipsters out riding their bikes - LOL! It's in a convenient location pretty close to area restaurants and the sites we were planning to see. The house had ample parking for our two vehicles, lots of gathering space. The bedrooms were nice, comfortable. Overall, I would recommend!

The home was perfect for our family of 6 - much better than value than hotel rooms! It was easily accessed from the freeway and near to Rivercenter, the Alamo, and more. It is located in a redevelopment area, but while the area can seem off putting, it is quiet and secure. The home was spacious and very clean, with the essentials to make our stay relaxing. And the owner was very responsive to messages.The children loved it and want to return.
