Nestled between Historic Boerne and San Antonio, this home is the perfect location near unique shops, La Cantera Mall, Fiesta Texas, Top Golf, Andretti's, Pinstack and lots of restaurants ranging from casual to fine dining. In addition, it is just minutes from grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies & medical centers. It offers 3 bedrooms with a mix of a king, queen, and full beds. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with towels, a hairdryer and starter toiletries for your convenience. Kitchen is fully equipped including a **Keurig with coffee/tea pods. Laundry room includes detergent, iron / ironing board. Guests will enjoy a peaceful outdoor area with a very private backyard, large covered patio, firepit table & **NEW Gas Blackstone Griddle
