The kitchen is equipped with very basic items. A coffee pot that barely makes two cups of coffee. Two slice toaster. One baking sheet, one frying pan (that is in terrible shape), broken corkscrew. No cling wrap, no tin foil. For how many the house sleeps, the kitchen is under prepared. Also, they only give you two rolls of TP, and one of paper towel. When asked the host about it, they replied with "sorry, thats how it is"The neighbourhood seems rough too - we were not comfortable waiting outside for an UBER, and there for, yes it is in walking distance (at least 15 mins) to the Riverwalk, it does'nt seem like a safe walk. Feel like the door could easily be broken into; suggest maybe a second lock or a better door frame.Be careful that VRBO actually pays this host, as the host threatened to cancel the booking with only 30 mins to scrounge up payment, even though VRBO shows payment.Bedrooms were great - beds are very basic and creak/make noise when you toss and turn. Could do with extra blankets, and the ability to adjust the temperature more than a few degrees - the thermostat seems locked out. Don't expect to watch TV on the small bedroom TVs - they are quite small.Otherwise, 4 bed, 4 bathroom, and large kitchen and dining area was nice.
