Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone (no app needed)! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest to complete our special, local compliance rental agreement, ID verification, and your choice between a $39 damage waiver (for stays up to 10 nights + $2 for each additional night) or a $1000 security hold (which is not a security deposit). Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! Located across the street for the Collins Garden Park, guests are in easy access to the largest HEB grocery store and in safe quarters near the San Antonio Police department.
