Lowest rating I’ve ever given on a VRBO rental. Had to contact the host multiple times just to get the entry code. When we arrived (4 adults) for a three night stay we discovered that there were two washcloths and two hand towels total. No spare trash bags at all. Contacted the host who obviously couldn’t have cared less. After some back and forth he finally “relented” and said he would Door Dash some to us. Received a Dollar General bag with two of the cheapest wash cloths DG sells. No spare other linens either such as sheets and blankets. The house was reasonably clean but really needs a deep cleaning (baseboards and such were filthy) and general maintenance. Several damaged areas of the floor are trip hazards On the positive side the AC and ceiling fans worked well. The coffee maker was good quality. Would NOT rent again.
