Social service was excellent both drivers to the airport and picking up from the airport one above and beyond. Room was great but was very comfortable overall had a very positive experience breakfast definitely could’ve been better but other than that five stars.

The room was comfortable and clean. The outside was somewhat dirty and run down, and when I pulled up and parked there were two people drinking a 40oz beer outside watching. Staff was polite, professional, and helpful. The water in the shower was barely lukewarm, which was disappointing because I was moving that day and I was sore from hauling stuff. Worth it if you get a discount and need the location.

Room was good. Some hairs in towels and sink. Bed was the best. Did not sleep well in the morning because cleaning ladies were making a big fuss and noise near the elevator. Yelling across the hall to each other banging things. Vacumming so early. They need to change time of cleaning to at least after 11a.m. Told front desk and did not do a thing they still did it the next morning. Breakfast should be included since it is an IHG hotel. Amenities pool is in the shade no way to get in.

Hotel is older but really clean, employees were very friendly and helpful. There was a problem and the whole downstairs smelled like sewer for two days, the Elevator was broken but fixed by morning, and the big problem for me was the door to the room was not sealed light from the hallway was quite bright at night I had trouble with the light.

Airport shuttle service was fantastic. Check in process was smooth. Room was old and run down. Bathroom was dirty with old client hair. Beds were broken down and all pillows had lumps and provided no support or comfort.

Crown Plaza nice place

The Crown Plaza is a nice place to stay, it has been around for years and I would definitely come back again. The pool area is nice welcoming, not full of kids and was perfect for some relaxation.
