Disliked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Poor check in experience: code did not work, lockpad malfunctioning ( works 1 time out of 5), host wanted a security deposit the day of check in which made our travel stressful as VRBO had technical issues to get a new card on file and host did not want to share code until then, we ended having to share our card number via email with the host directly which made us very uncomfortable but we had no choice as we all flew in and needed to get in. Had to remind them to refund the deposit after we left.Property had a few issues: inside doors won't shut, mildew spots, tvs not setup, House is not next to a bar but next to a lounge/nightclub with outdoor loud music from day until 2am. The outside lounge/dj are right outside the master bedroom so we could not sleep.amenities: no shampoo/conditioner, no coffee filter, minimal kitchen ustensils, picture show a nice backyard with picnic tables, chairs,.... none of it was there.security: house located in a area "in transition", someone came to the yard to steal a trash can while we were there. Management mentioned compensation for our experience but still waiting....We use VRBO a lot and this is the 1st time we have such a bad experience.
