These rooms are dirty. There are roaches in the bathroom and by the TV area. I paid for a non-smoking room, but as soon as I walked in the room, there was a foul smell of smoke. However the front desk service was impeccable.

The location being so close to the 281 access road, Home Depot, Target, all sorts of shopping and dining. Olive Garden, Taco Cabana, Sonic, Bill Millers, Bowelero, Hooters Goodwill, Verizon Wireless, Wing Daddies, and so much more. You can walk to al of this. It is a great place to cal home.

Not bad.

Very good location. Staff seemed ok. It was also clean and neat with a kitchen. Problem was the heater did not work!!!! Had to leave the stove on to get the room. Not sure about ac.

Simple and clean.

Very spartan - not a single decoration, had a kitchenette without a single thing to cook with or eat with. But it was clean, a place to stay, convenient.

I actually was really pleasantly surprised!! It is my first time at an extended stay and for that price point I wasn’t expecting everything to be so clean and the rooms to be so accommodating!! The front desk clerk was great and extremely helpful and really nice and the full kitchen included in the room was nice… definitely would stay here again!!! Don’t let the fact that it is an older hotel detour you 😁

The property is affordable, away from restaurants, breakfast is just coffee oat meal, small muffins, chocolate and hot water. The entire property seems a badly kept, dirty doors and walkways. Seems like section 9 public housing.

The staff was so nice and tried to help the best they could but the first room we checked into had roaches and the second room we were moved to smelled of smoke so bad and the sink in the bathroom we couldn't use due to the pipe having a hole and it would leak a lot. They didn't have a maintenance person on the weekend.

Never again…. Extended Stay/San Antonio

For the price it was clean. At this hotel it mentions breakfast which should actually be called a coffee bar. I was told I could come and get coffee at 9:30, so I went. After getting it went back to my room and had to go back to the customer service desk, however at that time they were breaking the bar down to put everything a way. I was like you guys only serve coffee and muffins for 15min??? No one cleaned my room nor brought towels when I asked. I was told to bring the dirty ones for exchange. She laughed. I didn’t. Unsure if all the extended stays are like this but I won’t be staying at another.

No way this place is for an extended stay!!

Staff not very helpful or friendly. Bathroom mirror had a love letter written on it from previous occupants. No hair dryer or toiletries available. Rusted stovetop burners. No drinking glasses provided in room at all, not even plastic. Cupboards were completely empty. Would never recommend this place to anyone

The staff was friendly. Got locked out of my room. Turns out the batteries for the lock were bad. The mattress should have been thrown out long ago! Had to balance right in the middle to not roll off in either direction. It was dirty, or in need of fixing. Specially the tub/shower. No pots, pans, or utensils. Turns out you had to request them in advance? Did not expect that with a kitchen in my room. The A/C window unit was musty. Smelled like i was being pelted with mold spores. I kept sneezing. Only good thing i can say is I didn't have bugs.

I liked the kitchen in the room because we stayed six nights. I liked that the mattresses have mattress covers on them. And I liked being able to park close to the room. What I didn't like: 1) Management had scheduled to shut off the water on March 12th from 9 am to 5 pm. I checked in on March 11th. I was never notified via phone, or text, or email to let me know about the water shut off plans. The day after my family and I arrived, we had to leave the hotel early and return late because we had no water. 2) We had to use the same towels all week because we were told they had a shortage of towels. 3) The manager refused to give us a discount for all the inconveniences. He simply made a lot of unacceptable excuses not to give a discount.
