Gorgeous Family Home near DownTown, Riverwalk/Alamo.

Enjoy making memories with the family in our spacious 4-bedroom home! Located just a quick 5-minute drive from Downtown San Antonio, this is your gateway to countless attractions, venues, restaurants, and popular tourist sites.

For those who love the outdoors, the Mission/Riverwalk trails are nearby and ideal for walking, running, or biking. The trail stretches more than 12 miles from the downtown Riverwalk through Southtown, connecting several of the historic Missions. Along the way, you’ll find bike rental stations, and you may even spot a few adventurous folks canoeing down the river.

Inside, the home offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for the whole family. The master bedroom features a beautiful king-size bed. Two guest rooms each have a queen-size bed, the fourth bedroom includes two twin beds, and the family room provides an additional sofa sleeper.

*** Our garage is unavailable. The driveway accommodates 2 vehicles, and street parking is permitted as long as vehicles remain at least 15 feet from any fire hydrant.

This was a wonderful stay. I appreciated the communication with the host. I appreciated the supplies to start us off before we could get to the store. There were plenty of towels and bedding for our large group. The only area I rated less than 5 stars was the accuracy of pictures on VRBO. The living room has a glass table, but a different table was shown on the website. I was only concerned with this because we had toddlers traveling with us. I would gladly stay here again next time we visit San Antonio and highly recommend this place especially for families with young children.

Great house in quite neighborhood

We had a great stay in this vacation house. The open concept downstairs lent itself to great gatherings and fun times catching up with family. The neighborhood was quite and there was quick access to main highways that take you straight to the downtown area.

Graduation Stay

I traveled to San Antonio for my master’s degree graduation, and Carlos' home was the ideal choice for my family. The space was not only immaculate but also incredibly spacious. My toddler and 9-year-old had a blast with the games and enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Carlos was exceptionally responsive throughout our stay. Reconnect with family

This property is just as listed and in a very desirable area. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay with a kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils needed. It was very comfortable for 5 of us with room to spare. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Carlos was an excellent host and made check in and check out a breeze. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend SA Vacay.

2024 Eclipse Trip

Carlos, the host was very responsive to my requests. There was a problem with the A/C and he got it repaired that evening which made an enjoyable evening for my family. The home is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants and to the freeway to get around the city. Beds were comfortable, the home was clean and made for a comfortable stay. Visiting dying mother

I brought the family to be with Mom/Grandma in her final days. The property was a perfect fit for our family, and Carlos was amazing. We needed flexibility, as these kinds of things don't have a fixed schedule. When another family's booking forced us to move, Carlos found us another fabulous property to fulfill our needs.
