House cleaning supposed to be every other day. Not so much. Had to get our own towels from the desk. Dirty wet towel hanging behind the bathroom door when we arrived. Disappointed.

I have no complaints other than the fact that there was no housekeeping done in our room while we were out which was the majority of the time we spent there. My son and I really didn’t care about the beds not being made; other folks may find that a problem. Aside from that the hotel was clean and the staff was fine.

The staff park at the check in entrance blocking traffic flow. When asked about this and if the vehicles could be moved a staff member said if it isn't his car, he can't do anything about it. He also said that the staff park at the entrance because they don't want their vehicles broken in to. That night 7 vehicles were vandalized and burglarized.

No scheduled cleaning service, front desk clerk non existent, rooms are dated, wall paper peeling, AC makes noise.
When I did see a front desk clerk she was not helpful and seemed disinterested in my concerns…

It was very quiet & everyone was very friendly. I will say breakfast can get pretty full just because it’s a small dining area so just get an early start if you don’t like a crowd but otherwise it was nice 😊 👍

Shoes stuck to the carpet. Beds were absolutely terrible to lay on. The sofa bed was more comfortable to sleep on. Not a nice area to stay in safety wise. Someone had their car window busted out next to my car

Room Service was not great stayed 3 nights and didnt have anyone come to the room to bring any extras or what was needed. Had to go to lobby to get toilet paper on the 2nd night.
