This new listing vacation house was just renovated with whole house painting/hard floor without carpet/granite countertops/updated kitchen and all bathrooms. Huge inground pool and covered/screened patio/nice backyard landscaping. Perfect for entertaining and relaxing. New furniture/New washer dryer! The master bedroom is downstairs.
Large dining room and a breakfast area! Two living area! Office space!
TVs location: Living room, Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom. All smart TV!
Beds location: One king bed and sofa bed in master bedroom, One queen bed in 2nd bedroom, One queen bed in 3rd bedroom, One full bed and one twin bed in 4th bedroom, One sofa bed in 2nd living area.

Please, no loud music and voice after 10pm. Also, respecting our neighbor's resting time is the most important thing for us. Thanks!

Great location and great home!
The home was very centered for the things we did around San Antonio - very easy to get in and out off of I-10. Wal Mart and Sams are minutes away. The home was perfect for kids - they has some coloring, legos, books and of course a pool with noodles provided. It was a great stay and will definitely book again. We originally planned for 3 families but ended up just being my family - however I think the home would fit 2 families comfortably.

Amazing Home, Amazing Host
This house was extremely “homely”. We have a family of 7. The host provided a case of water at no additional charge. Plenty of household items. SeaWorld and Six Flags were about 10 minutes or less away. There is a Walmart less than a mile away. Quiet community and plenty of privacy. The pool was always warm (kids had a blast). I would recommend stopping by the house before going to Walmart. We stopped by Walmart and bought some everyday items that were already in stock at the house. Great host and great home. My dog damaged some blinds and the host was very understanding. When we go back to San Antonio we will definitely look to rent this home again. Thank you so much!

Nice Home Near La Cantera & Six Flags
This is a very nice home. It was very clean and the owner is extremely responsive! There is one bedroom and 1.5 baths downstairs, and three bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Very large kitchen with ample workspace for multiple cooks, large dining area and family room. We did not use the pool and outdoor areas during our stay, but it looks very nice as well.

We didn’t have any complaints about our stay. The beds were comfortable. Property was very clean. Air Conditioner was very cold & did not have schedules set. Very nice clean pool. Quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again. A lot of extras included that were nice also such as coffee, plates, soap, spices ect

Listed and priced as Luxury, but it is a far cry from it.
The landscaping was absolutely terrible. Weeds and grass very tall (mid knee) Dead trees, bushes no plants or color. It was very unkept outdoors. I thought I had the wrong house at check in. The neighborhood older and it shows. Inside was basic, though they had newer couches. Mattresses where cheap and made of foam. Also, the only TV upstairs was in a bedroom and was very small TV pretty useless. The other two had nothing. None of the four bedrooms had any hangers. I had to go buy them. No waste baskets upstairs. He asked me to buy them. I bought each room one. No bakeware, cookie sheets, nothing to bake biscuits or pizzas. Again a third trip to the store. Only one kitchen towel that was stained, and only one dish rag. No adult cups, only small juice glasses. Again another trip to the store. I supplied the house and that should have been already there by the owner in the "luxuary" house! Bugs daily had to be swept off the floor three to four times daily. It always had "rolly polly" bugs. Dark laminated floor hids them. Pool was suppose to be sparkling clean...full of leaves. Very disappointed for the price. I did take photos and videos of the bugs and filthy vents.

Spent a week here with family. Enjoyed our stay. Bing was very responsive to our questions. The only negative comment I have is the pictures show grass in the backyard by the pool- and I had thought it would be an ideal spot for the toddler to run and play. There is zero grass in the backyard
