OVERVIEW:
Lots of indoor and outdoor entertainment for the entire family! The theater room is great for movie night, karaoke and gaming! Our spacious home has a movie theater room with 120-inch projector screen, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 5, Karaoke and Dolby Atmos surround sound. Outside has a wood firepit and propane firepit, and a Heated in-ground pool! The pool is 20x10 and 5 ft deep. Fencing surrounds the pool for safety. We provide plenty of seating to accommodate a large group.

MOVIE THEATER ROOM:
This property is packed with entertainment and perfect for a fun filled getaway! You can watch your favorite movie in the Theater Room, or play Karaoke on Apple TV! We have games for every age group and an extensive library for the young folks! Starting with the incredible movie room, that is fantastic set up for movie night. The Theater Room has a 4K HDR projector, Dolby Atmos surround sound and 120-inch screen. You'll have the perfect space for watching blockbuster movies or playing video games on the Xbox Series S or PlayStation 5! We have over 400 movies to choose from, and Direct TV is included. The Theater Room also serves as a 5th bedroom since it has, 2 queen size sofa beds, and a full bathroom.

OUTDOORS:
For those cool nights, we have an in-ground heated pool, which is set to 90 degrees during the cool weather. You can unwind in our backyard oasis with two seating areas which includes 2 fire pits. You an gather around the wood burning fire pit and roast marshmallows, or sit around the propane fire pit while you enjoy watching you favorite show or game on the large smart TV. Our barrel-style charcoal BBQ grill is perfect for cooking up some Texas-style barbecue and enjoying a meal al fresco. And with night-time lighting and a privacy fence, you can relax and enjoy the backyard well into the evening.

MAIN HOUSE:
Inside the main house, you'll find four bedrooms with quality linens, comfortable beds, and 4k Roku TVs in each room. Direct TV is included in the Livingroom TV. The detached theater room serves as the 5th bedroom since it has 2 queen size sofa beds, a small beverage fridge and a full bathroom. In the kitchen, we have everything you need to prepare a meal for a large group, from an awesome coffee bar to a Ninja Blender/Smoothie combo. With an expansive kitchen counter and a large dining room table, cooking and entertaining is a breeze.
