Guests will have full access to the entire home and all of its amenities. Enjoy the privacy and space of this expansive retreat, including the inviting living areas, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and the game room, perfect for entertainment and fun!



The large backyard is exclusively yours to enjoy, offering plenty of space to relax, dine, or gather with family and friends.



Check-in is completely touchless using a smart lock for your convenience. Your door code and detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival, ensuring a smooth and seamless start to your stay.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.



🛡️Damage Waiver / Security Deposit:



All guests are required to choose one of the following options through our secure Hospitality Guest Portal after booking:



$600 refundable security deposit, or

$50 per night non-refundable damage waiver



This process is completed off-platform through our secure guest portal and is required for all reservations.



🐕Pets ARE allowed. To avoid having your reservation cancelled, please inform us in advance and be honest about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required PER pets:🐈



1 - 7 nights = $20 per pet per night

8 - 29 nights = $200 flat rate

30 nights or more = $300 flat rate



There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee.



We have noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.



Outdoor security cameras covering entrances of the house for security such as the front door, garage, side door, backyard door, and backyard entrance.
