Stayed here to attend a concert at the Alamo Dome. Great location and easy to walk to venue. Rooms were comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great stay! The room was excellent—very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! One of my favorite things was the location. We loved being within walking distance of the Alamodome, which made everything so convenient. The only downside was that the parking was a little tight, but other than that, everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!

The only negative I can relate is that the elevator was out of order. Hopefully this is a quick fix because it really presents an inconvenience for folks like me with knee problems and multiple suitcases to lug upstairs. Other than that, it was a great stay. Excellent staff and breakfast. Room was clean and not musty. I would definitely stay here again, providing they can give a first floor room if the elevator is still on the blink!

The cleanliness of the entire facility was unusually superb surpassing or equaling some of the most luxurious hotels I've booked before. The specially equipped room and bath area were very comfortable and safe. There were adequate grab bars by the commode and shower, but there were no grab bars installed by the tub. This is the only concern I noticed, and over all I was very satisfied; and when I visit San Antonio again, I'll be booking with Holiday Inn Express!

What I liked about the property was how well maintained it was and how helpful and courteous the employees were when we checked in and checked out. What I didn’t like was the breakfast hours. It’s an inconvenience that it ends at 9:30 am, not everyone gets up early. We attended a concert which ended late therefore we arrived late that night and for that reason we missed breakfast. Thank you.

Staff and service were great! Room was clean , breakfast was excellent and close to all main attractions. Only complaint my family and I have is the pool needed to be cleaned. Trash , bugs , leaves , toilet paper and a tampon were in the water. San Antonio is a great tourist spot and family friendly!
