Great stay overall! Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, and breakfast was a nice bonus. The location is perfect for SeaWorld. Only downside was the carpet in the room—it looked a bit dirty. Other than that, everything else was great and we’d definitely stay again.

The property was a bit dated but the price reflects. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were accommodating. They also had complementary breakfast and coffee. I didn’t have time to use the amenities. There were restaurants and a movie theater near. It was only 15 minutes to the base.

The staff and service are very friendly. Breakfast was good- especially the pancakes. The reason I gave three stars was that my room smelled like a wet dog … musty smell. This is an older hotel with some updates but the smell of the room was unpleasant. The bedding and the rooms were very clean kept. I did have an allergic reaction from day one- I believe it was from the towels. They could be using a detergent that I am sensitive to. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.
