"Some front desk people not friendly. Shower water temperature could not be set; it cycled between cold and hot, room temperature could not be adjusted either; it was set at 64 F. Shampoo and soap were not supplied since day one. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we entered the hotel our family was greeted by their friendly, informative staff that welcomed us with a complimentary margarita. They have a beautiful property on the river walk with just about everything you could want, in walking distance. Dorrego's on site restaurant & bar was outstanding. They also have a separate tequila bar. You could spend the weekend and never leave the hotel. We will be back to stay as soon as possible!"
