Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Turn the A/C to 78-80 degrees.
2. Dispose of all perishable items in the fridge/pantry.
3. Empty the trash. Please dispose of the trash in the nearest dumpster and leave the trash bin inside.
4. Strip each bed and pillow and leave sheets on the bed.
5. Leave all towels on the bathroom floor.
6. Leave any unused toiletries or non-perishables in the kitchen or bathroom on the countertops.
7. Log out of all accounts on your smart TV (e.g. Netflix, Disney+, etc.).
8. Leave all keys, key fobs, and parking passes on the counter, unless something different has been arranged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
