Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Horrible experience, I had booked my stay with 3 weeks in advance to celebrate my birthday weekend with my family from different cities 4 hours away from home when my reservation that had already been confirmed was cancelled 30 minutes before check in. I was unable to find another house and hotel to stay since nothing was available due to an event happening in town. Customer service tried reaching out to the host but there was no response. Will not be booking at this location in the future.
