Each of the 4 rooms includes a flatscreen TV ! the home also includes a movie theatre , separate from the 4 bedrooms . This home is currently our top of the line that we offer ! With a pool table , Xbox one , and a movie theatre there won’t be to much of a reason to leave ! From the moment you walk in , the home is filled with life !

Wonderful stay!

Property was exactly as advertised, clean and spacious. We did have to contact management for a code and their response was almost immediate with a follow-up the next day to be sure everything was still okay. The theater room was a great way to relax and end each day as a group. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect home for Lackland visitors

We had a great time at this home. My son was graduating from BMT at Lackland and it was so convenient. The pool table was lots of fun and the movie room was AMAZING! The landlord was responsive when we had a small maintenance issue and responded immediately. 10/10, highly recommend!

Great house!

This was the perfect spot to stay when visiting with my familys newest airman! Very close to Lackland which enabled us to get more time with him before we said goodbye for another six months. We greatly enjoyed the theater room and the all the ammenties! Fantastic host, who checks in periodically and answered any questions we had. We highly recommend!

Great Stay

It's a very interesting property... from the outside it's a quiet little cul-de-sac that looks like any other home on the street. Enter the front door and it's a cool little oasis of clean and fun. Everything worked as it should that we are aware of. The movie theater was definitely a nice bonus to chill out. All in all it was a good comfortable experience.

Great for large group and entertaining

Lots of room and fun things to do if you want to just chill after BMT graduation including the movie theater, pool table, and xbox. Some additional provided conveniences would have improved our experiences, such as either working batteries or charging cable for the xbox remotes (both which we purchased and left for future guests), a few laundry soap pods, more than 1 dishwasher pod for longer staying guests, etc. All in all the theater made this a great stay for our group. Great and courteous communications with property manager.

The check in and check out we’re easy. The host called to give a number if we needed anything and did respond quickly when we called. There were no hangers and no hair dryer available. The beds we’re comfortable but the pillows were pretty flat. There was a small park a couple of houses away that we went to.the moxie theater and pool table were nice to have. The location was close to the air force base

Better than expected

BLUF: Great stay. I would consider staying again. Pros: We had a phone number to call with questions and the manager was very responsive. He even provided us with extra towels. It was close to Lackland and was a great place to spend with family. Cons: Hard (for me) to sleep with the accent lights in the bedroom and you cannot stream your phone/laptop to the theater system-but you can to the livingroom tv.

Very nice stay

We came to San Antonio to spend Thanksgiving with our grandson who is in the Air Force and based at Lackland AFB. We wanted something near the base, but also close to restaurants, entertainment, and not too far from the River Walk. This place was perfect for all of those. We were 5 minutes from the base, less than 20 minutes from the River Walk, and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. The house was in a nice neighborhood, people seemed very friendly, many were out putting up Christmas decorations. House was clean, nicely decorated, and as advertised. They even had a vending machine in the house for drinks and snacks… and a pool table. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our family!! Lots of room. Very modern. Great place for the teens to hang out and we loved the theater room. Communication with the host was great and they are very responsive. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is (I know it’s hot outside) BUT I think the A/C unit needs an upgrade to a bigger one. For most of the stay it was 78-80° inside during the day. At night it would cool off tho. All and all we had a great time!

Best Comfortable Stay

My family and I was in San Antonio for my niece graduation at Lackland Air-Force Base. The house was 11 mins away. Its was 6 mins from Walmart. The house was very clean and it felt just like being at home. It was 10 of us staying at the house. The beds was very comfortable. We cooked at the house during our stay. The provided dishes was everything we needed to prepare our meals. We spent much of our time outside on the back porch. It was a nice fenced in yard with nice patio furniture for seating. I messaged the house host to find something at the house and they answered very quickly. If we are ever back in the city we will definitely stay back at this house.

Overall the property was okay, there were several things that needed fixed- the vinyl flooring was ripped in several spots, the pool sticks were worn out, & the master bathroom doors wouldn’t close. The a/c must of been on a program and every evening when we would return it would be almost 80° in the house and it would take hours to finally cool off. The house could use several more bath towels. However, the location and neighborhood was great & the property manager Derrick was wonderful. The movie theater was a hit and pretty awesome in itself. We had a great time in San Antonio

Great place to stay for a BMT graduation

This property is super close to the base and had all the things we were looking for - a bed for everyone, comfortable conversation space, and a fun feel for our airman. The pool table was fun for everyone and the theatre room was great to unwind at night. The vending machine is super handy with drinks and snacks. It was clean but not in the best shape; for example, the master bathroom door does not close (bring a hair tie). I did contact the property owner a couple of times and they were always quick to respond and pleasant. The kitchen is very bare so don’t plan on cooking (or bring your basic spices). If you have room, I would also suggest bringing your own pillow. All-in-all, this place was great for us and I would recommend it if your priority is being close to the base.

Cleanliness

The property was not cleaned properly before we arrived. The bathrooms/showers were dirty. The bed rooms doors didn't lock and the master bedroom bathroom doors stayed open. Someone left a scrunchie (hair tie) to hold the doors closed. There were only two pool table sticks and one didn't have a tip. The floors were damaged. I was told because of previous guest. The theatre room was nice. There were plates but no silverware. Communication was good.
