We treasure our neighborhood, but understand that it may not be suitable for all guests. Like most downtown areas in major cities, you may notice high foot traffic and road construction. Rest assured, we have never experienced issues with safety. As an extra precaution and peace of mind, we equipped our home with 24/7 exterior surveillance and a security system with live monitoring. We also provide complimentary earbuds and white noise machines in every bedroom.

- No Smoking or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited indoors and outdoors. Violations may incur a $300 fine plus cleaning fees.

- Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Thermostat Settings: In the summer, please do not set the thermostat lower than 70°F to avoid strain on the system.

- Alarm System: The Ring alarm system can be armed and disarmed using your entry code. The front door may automatically lock, and the alarm may re-arm when the property is vacant.
