I chose this property for the close proximity to my daughter and family, and the pool. It did not disappoint! It is a beautiful home, very clean, modern, and the pool was wonderful! It is nestled in the woods, yet close to town. The hosts were absolutely amazing! They were so very kind and accommodating, they truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress free. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in that area!! Thank you so very much!!

Family weekend in Leon Springs

Perfect vacation home for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids! Fantastic updated home with fun pool! Great location but feels like you’re far away from the city! Deer roaming through the property in the evening were enjoyed by all. Pool was so clean and perfect for our group! Would love to stay at this property again!

Family retreat

Functional, cozy and very clean property, ideal for family retreat. Hill country feel, with plenty wildlife around, yet conveniently close to northern San Antonio dining, shopping and entertainment. Good-sized pool a nice touch, well-maintained and probably great in the summer. Owners efficient in communication, friendly, very accommodating. Kids loved it, would definitely rent again.

Perfect for our family

We booked this home for our family of 6 to spend a week exploring San Antonio. San Antonio is quite large but we were able to get everywhere we wanted to see in 15-45 min. The house itself was clean and accurate to the listing. Our kids had a great time playing in the heated pool each afternoon! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to prepare our meals each day and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and they made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We use VRBO for most of our family trips and this was one of our top rental experiences. Highly recommend

Eclipse Family Party

This property is GREAT!! The kids were in and out of the pool repeatedly. They had so much fun! As a group of 14, we utilized every bed available, but there was enough room to set up the extra beds provided. There was a problem with the A/C but the host was there within 10 minutes to work on it. I highly recommend this property!! Check it Out!! Awesome!!

Peaceful, relaxing and clean while conveniently located

Wonderful property that looks just like the photos. Very peaceful setting that feels like you are located in the middle of nowhere but in reality, are just a short drive to anything you may need. It was a perfect landing spot for my family to relax after spending the days visiting nearby San Antonio attractions. The pool was clean just like the rest of the property. The beds were comfortable, linens soft and plentiful, and the space was decorated in a way that was fresh and uncluttered while also feeling homey and comfortable. The host made every effort to make sure our stay was great. They were proactive with communication and made sure we could reach them if anything came up (it didn’t). The kids’ (9 & 7) review: The person that owns this house is really really nice because they want kids to be safe and made sure the pool wasn’t gross. If your parents say you can, you can just go jump in it whenever you want and you don’t have to be quiet. There is a big TV in the kids’ room so kids can watch what they want and they know that mothers like to drink coffee and don’t like messes. If you have a dog you can bring him so he doesn’t get depressed and you don’t have to miss him and can just have fun.

This is our Go- to stay when we are in San Antonio. We love the spacious home. We love that the location is not directly in the busyness of all the traffic. It’s just a few miles from the grocery store and the Rim shopping center. Love it here!

Absolutely amazing!

The property was very well laid out, had beautiful furnishings and finishing touches which made this rental the perfect place to stay. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The linens were abundant and smelled fresh, that's a huge plus! The pool was pristine, the property was secluded and peaceful which made you feel like you were at the perfect hill country getaway. The host was beyond gracious and accommodating- any questions we had were immediately answered. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property. Would stay again.
