Full service kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals plus a stocked coffee & tea bar.
The apartment is the full top floor of the home with private entrance and wifi enabled keypad deadbolt lock. Each room has multiple doors which could be left open for an open loft feel or closed for privacy.
-Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and private patio access. -Queen bedroom with en suite bath also has private patio access. -Bunk room has been updated to a trundle with 2 twin beds.
All mattresses are high quality 12in memory foam. Each room has its own remote controlled eco-friendly ceiling fan.
Bunkroom houses the washer/dryer & laundry detergent is provided.
Fully equipped kitchen is perfect for meal preparation, and basics provided: oil, spices, sugar, salt. The tea & coffee bar has a full sized ceramic water kettle and 14 cup coffee maker. We provide a selection of coffee and teas.
Large outdoor back deck with both seating and dining areas and the full front porch has comfy seating perfect for morning coffee & paper (or phone scrolling!) and people watching. This is a friendly and safe residential neighborhood with a wonderful mix of long time residents and young professionals.

This property worked well for us! It is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. While the exterior appearance of this property had us a little apprehensive when we first arrived, the interior is very nice. The bedrooms and living area are comfortable and we enjoyed having drinks on the back deck in the afternoons. From the description of the property, we all felt it was within walking distance of the River Walk District. It wasn't for us, although we are in our 60s. It was, however, a pleasant 15-minute walk from the Pearl District. We would all recommend this for a stay in San Antonio!
The home is on a very quiet street in nice neighborhood. The craftsman style home has been nicely renovated with many interior features preserved (woodwork, molding, windows, doors). A claw foot tub in one bathroom was nice to see. The unit has two porches, but our favorite was the back porch. Tall trees surround the yard, and we enjoyed listening to the birds while relaxing on the porch. The kitchen was big and very well equipped. The hosts were very responsive, and this made us feel welcome and added to our comfort. Home is as described. Beds are super comfortable. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to the Pearl District. We would stay here again!
Good stay in San Antonio very close to everything downtown. Guys living below were a little loud.. smoking weed outside. We could smell it and it kept my 13yr old daughter up, but it was Sat night and they had just gotten off work. The place was very nice. Seemed like several folks living at the property.
