House is located in an exclusive upscale, quiet neighborhood. It can fit up to 13 people including families with kids. It is fully furnished & equipped, TV with cables, WIFI and washer & dryer. Includes a spacious Game room w\ Pool table & It has an amazing private patio to sit and relax with a beautiful outdoor heated pool to enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light. It is close to all the necessary amenities including restaurants, bars, shopping, golf court & places of worship.

This beautiful four bedroom, two bath, 1800sqf house includes beds for 10 people plus a sofa in the master bedroom which opens up to a queen bed plus a folding bed is also available. Both are very comfortable! This home can sleep a total of 13 people. House included in both the Living room and the master suite include Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels, Wifi, washer & dryer, wood burning Fireplace and more. High Ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. Includes a spacious and fun Game room w\ Pool table, arcade, Foosball and more. There is an open patio where you can BBQ and enjoy the sweet Texas breeze and sun light and right after, you can jump into the beautiful outdoor heated pool. You will have plenty of private parking and you can use the Neighborhood Golf court which is located a few minutes walk from the house. You will love this perfect vacation home!

This home is located in the northern part of San Antonio. Quiet and peaceful. You have all the necessary amenities right next to you in a walking distance such as shopping, gas, groceries, synagogue, church and all kind of restaurants. About 5 minutes drive to the famous Northstar shopping mall, parks and to the airport. 10 minutes drive to the Zoo, Botanical gardens and to the Medical center. 15 minutes drive to Six flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea world and more. Perfectly located in the middle of everything!

I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the house is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home (I will send you the access code the day of your arrival). In the house i have a list of local recommendations so you'll be equipped with what you need to get around and get the best out of San Antonio during your stay! I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible so please don't hesitate to contact me via the app.

- Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request.
- Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00.
- Pool will not be heated prior to your arrival. If you wish to heat the pool, you can do so when checking in. Please note it will take several hours for the water to heat.
- We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a $50 flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases.
- During your stay, I can connect you with recommended high-quality professionals who provide in-home treatments such as massages, facial treatments or private dining with a private chef. Feel free to ask me about it.

Comfortable Spot

This house is exactly as pictured. Very nice house in quiet safe neighborhood. Great location for seeing San Antonio. The backyard pool area is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this large home. There was a lot of space and the game room and pool kept our kids busy during our time at the rental. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within 20 minutes of popular attractions. It is an older home with some wear but overall a positive stay!

Birthday weekend

Very beautiful home, and it had plenty of room for our whole family. The pool was a favorite for everyone as well. Very clean too. We loved that they provided things such as clothes soap and a lot of extra towels and bedding. They even had a high chair in case you have a little one like we did.

This house was perfect for our one night stay before our early flight. We had a family of 11 traveling with us and it was very spacious. The heated pool was loved by the kids as was the game room. I rated 4 stars because some parts of the home were updated and new and others were noticeable that they needed some updating. But again it was perfect for overnight stay.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

After a VERY stressful check in process due to not receiving ANY access instructions until 3 hours AFTER the property was supposed to be available, we pretty much enjoyed our stay. The pool heater didn't work for the 1st 2 days, but the property manager was apologetic and got it fixed as soon as possible and sent us pizza. The location is great...everything we wanted to do was within 15-20min drive in any direction. House has a fun game room that our children enjoyed.

this place great it fit us perfect and they where so nice when i massage the manager about a couple of things he got to me right away we loved the pool it was prefect it was clean and in great location the neighborhood was very nice and welcoming they had there dogs we had ours and they where so nice dog friendly house was great for my pup my daughter loved her room with bunk bed they gave us plenty of towels and dishes there was so much room everywhere tv was good pool was great the grill was good nice lighting everywhere but the main the room the lighting was great the beds where perfect we will come back to this house any time the house was close to everything

Property was not very clean. Missing blinds in bedroom & living room as well as broken umbrella in backyard. Recommend exterminator services as well. The best part was the pool. Definitely not what I expected but OK for a quick turnaround trip.

Family Vacation

Great neighborhood, felt safe and close to everything we wanted. We visited six flags, SeaWorld, the Alamo and Natural Bridge Caverns and were within 25 minutes or so of everything. It’s close to a grocery store and Walgreens. The house nicely accommodated 2 adults and 4 kids. The pool is smaller than anticipated, more for lounging than swimming and we had a little trouble with the heater but the host was very responsive in handling it. I’d suggest bringing your own pillows and don’t forget a hair dryer. The fridge doesn’t have any shelves in the door but we made do with what room we had. We didn’t find any extra trash bags, dish soap or dishwasher tabs but didn’t mind purchasing them. I used the washer and dryer and they worked fine. The game room is fun, the kids really enjoyed it. It would be cool to put a TV in there! We used the kitchen all week and it was nice to have the bare necessities available, I was thankful for the muffin pan. Overall great stay.

Disappointed

First off house keeper was there an hour after our check in time still cleaning. We had to wait 5 minutes for her to finish. Once checked in the key lock code given to us was wrong. We had to reply by message about it. Response was quick and we were given the correct code but we received bad news that AC unit had given the last people before us a hard time and that if it didn’t start cooling for us to give them a call back. The house was 85 degrees inside. If it weren’t for the pool for my kids to stay cool, we would have left and requested our full money. Well inside the adults we were sweating. Trying to use the one box fan they had to stay cool some how. Games played inside we were sweating so much. Called the rep back and initially the ac tech was suppose to be there in an hour but then got news that he couldn’t get there until 9pm. Mind you we checked in at 4pm and half our day was spent in hotness and sweat. I am waiting to hear back from the owner but he hasn’t called me back. Fairness should be us getting some money back from that stay. Was not worth it. I recommend they fix this issue right and not let anyone know until the last minute.

To be honest I am disappointed in this property and owner and would normally inform but all of these issues he is well aware of but still posts old pictures of the house when it was in good condition and newer. I flew in to TX for a funeral and had a family of 9 scheduled to stay. My brother and his family of 4 arrived and saw the issues and left to the Westin and refused to stay. My son Stayed 1 night and opted to leave after seeing the 2 BBQ pits grill surfaces were rusted (we bought food to grill), pool wasnt properly filled and squirting from the jets across, we had to fill it, bottom of the pool which scraped your foot and built up dirt on the tiles. The hammock is torn, faded missing support strings and one persons bottom side hit the concrete when he got in and only 130 lbs, the umbrellas and pillows are faded and STAINED. The wood floors had the kids foot bottoms black. The kitchen kcup coffee maker barely worked and ran water down the counter, the Fridge is missing all of the door shelves, The blinds do not open all the ways only swivel, Master Bath shower head is full of calcium and spits out with low pressure and grout needs a serious cleaning, The floral bedroom closet handle kept falling off and the rollers and tracks to keep the accordian doors on was defective, The curtains for the master bedroom would fall down with the slightest pull to open or close them. There was no broom or mop anywhere in the unit. Hoping for the cleaning fee back and any amount refunded

Good Experience

Overall, it was a really nice place to stay. Nice pool, clean property, excellent location. The water pressure in the masterbath was low. A few of the games shown in pictures in the gameroom werent there, although the additional bed was nice for the kids.

Pool fun/ Clean home

Overall our stay was very nice. Pool was on the small side but we still enjoyed it. Master bathe has so much natural light from skylights, however ceiling needs help. There isn't mold but it does have what looks like water damage. Also when we arrived kitchen sink was clogged, I reached out to property representative and was fixed by the time we were back from dinner. Our teenage boys loved the play room, with pool table. We all enjoyed the time together in the home.

Great home in a great neighborhood

This house had enough space for all of us. It was in a great location, no more than 20 minutes away from our destinations. The pool/game room were enough to entertain the children while we were at home. If we return we would stay here again. Daniel was very quick with responses. He said he was going to be away and would not be able to communicate with me, but was able to provide me with a backup contact in case of an emergency.
