When we arrived they were still getting the room ready even though it was check in time. They forgot toilet paper and trash cans. We found a beer can in a drawer. And we saw a few roaches. I am not sure if that is a location thing or the hotel. It is also located in a bad area. There are al lot of transients on the area. Did not feel safe. The office lady was nice but over all I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

My Granddaughter and I spent 08/14 - 08/18/2023. The Owners/Managers were so kind and helpful. I use a cane and couldn't make it up and down the stairs over and over so they put us in a great room right by the office. The room was comfortable and clean, bed was great. As others had posted about dirt, mold, smells, insects... We experienced NONE of these problems. The pool area was clean and the water was amazing and relaxing from the days of over 100 degrees. I left a couple of items in the room by mistake and the lady called me while I was going through TSA to let me know. I'll send her money to mail the items. I look forward to visiting this location again since my other granddaughter is stationed at Fort Sam for the next year.

Glowing review, yes I’m a real person too.
The staff here is truly wonderful and very helpful. I had set the wrong dates for my stay for July and they pointed it out, instead of telling me to leave, they gave me a room and said to contact hotels.com to fix it and once it was done I would be fine. I very much so enjoyed my stay. The room was big and clean and although next to the high way, relatively quiet.

Do not book any rooms here because they have roach and mold bathrooms, and the worst thing about this place is that they do not clean their bed sheets or clean their bed sheets after new guests arrive. I found other people's hair and this place is filthy.

Most of the staff was very friendly, first time in San Antonio and was told I had to go to H‑E‑B before we left and so glad we did. Also very quiet for being right next to Air Force base. And pool was clean.

Horrible, Dirty, Do NOT Recommend.
When checking in the front desk clerk made me aware of the crappy beds, knowing the first floor had beds that would be uncomfortable she gave me the option to go look at the room but I passed and asked which she would prefer and she stated 2nd floor would be better bed wise. This hotels is advertised as having a kitchenette WRONG, drawers are screwed closed you can not get in the cabinets. It was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I would NOT recommend those hotel unless you don't mind staying in filth!! Oh and be careful with the dirty sheets. There was stains all over them.

Do not stay here! The pictures are wildly inaccurate. The rooms are full of roaches and have a foul mold smell to them. They have also been poorly repaired. There are screws sticking out from doors, loose drain pipes, and cracked countertops. The beds are paper thin and you will feel the springs when trying to sleep. The stairwells smell like urine and weed and the ones on the backside have loose steps. The pool is full of algae and had the same trash floating in it during my 3 night stay . This is an extended stay property and it shows. People are hanging out being loud and obnoxious, cursing all hours of the night and day. Non-smoking rooms still smell like smoke. Tenants will smoke in the breezeways and that same smoke will seep into your room because of how poorly the doors are sealed. My lock panel fell off the door on the first night. Save your money and stay somewhere else. The staff was top tier friendly though.

Manager at the front desk was super nice. She actually called us before check in to let us know the pool was down and would be during our stay and wanted to make sure we knew since we had kids traveling with us. We had no intentions of using the pool, but it was really nice of her to call and give us the heads up. Overall, the place is dated, but our room was clean and all of our needs met.

Moldy, dirty. No utensils, dishes, glasses, or pots and pans in the kitchen. Every drawer and cupboard was bare. Toilet seat was held on by one bolt. No staff present at check in.

The outside is not very nice and clean but the rooms are very clean and they have great AC! We really appreciated the 61 degree room ready for us to sleep. I forgot my blanket and the staff was kind enough to find it and save it for me.

I stayed in room 1030. It has a full fridge/freezer, a full stove/oven,nice counter tops , the toilet paper and towels were fully stocked , it has a flat screen t.v with cable. What more could you want right?
