Great location if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston, the Pearl and Alamo.. This home has everything that you need. The perfect rental in the perfect location!

Terrible communication

I communicated that the temperature was extremely uncomfortable in the house. The property manager said the owner set a range that could not be overridden at the property. I asked that they reach out to owner and let him know we were extremely uncomfortable. They said they would and get back with me after. I sent several follow up messages and never heard back. I reached out to VRBO and they offered me a credit and told me the number to the property manager (which I already had been reaching out to). I stayed 3 days an we never heard back from property manager after several requests. Extremely dissatisfied.
