requested and RESERVED a room with roll-in shower. room showed available online for dates reserved, but at check-in was told that wasn't available until next day. then it should NOT have let me reserve for those days I wanted if it was already occupied. We were initially given a room with used towels laying on the beds and counters. Beds were made but obviously used. We were given a new room but pillows had hair on them and bedding looked dirty. Breakfast was listed; however there was only coffee available.

Staff was mostly hostile to deal with. Chair in room had broken leg and almost cause injury. Roaches in room. Heater was not working properly. Room was in disrepair. Deposit was charge to my account even after they sent a zero receipt the day after we left. Illegal. Promises breakfast but there was none at all. Told they would have granola and even through we were early there was not even that. The person on the phone hung up on me after being dificult and rude. Failed to shut up and listen. Cups were collapsing while trying to use.
