Hotel and scenery is awesome. Hotel staff is a little overworked but super friendly. Front desk had some trouble with getting us checked in, fixing WiFi (was not fixed but they gave us a discount), or advising where the walking trails were. But they tried and were super friendly. All in all a great stay - just wish the walking trails were better or there was something to for someone who doesn’t golf.

We enjoyed the adult pool. Nice clubhouse and restaurant/bar. We had dinner there and it was excellent. Room smelled musty and sheets were kinda scratchy. Great value for the price though.

We enjoyed our stay at Tapatillo Springs Resort. We did have a few maintenance issues during our visit. The shower head initially had very little water pressure, but it was replaced quickly. Later, the shower began draining slowly, and maintenance came out and took care of the problem promptly. The Cascada Restaurant was excellent! The service was great, and we really enjoyed our experience there. The pool was also nice and relaxing, and our bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The resort could definitely benefit from some renovation and updating, but the friendly and responsive maintenance staff helped make our stay more enjoyable.

This was our 3rd time staying there. we enjoy the peace and quiet atmosphere. The golf course is a favorite of the hubby. The gym is nice also. Family friendly and close to drive in to San Antonio.

The rooms were very clean and the restaurant had a really good vibe in the evening and they serve really good food. The entire property is really vast and very beautiful as well. Would definitely recommend this resort!

Golf was the saving grace of the stay. Even though we could only play the back nine due to flooding. The restaurant service was very slow and multiple orders were wrong. The food tasted good, it just took forever to get to the table.

Room was dirty to the point of grocery store feet. Just basically run down. Pool was dirty with tons of junk floating in it, hot tub was flat out disgusting. Sliding door didn’t work blah blah. The place needs some renovation. The club house and restaurant are nice. The staff is great.

Let me start with the positive. The staff was extremely friendly and vocal about our happiness with our stay. The local families that hang out at their country club are great people. Don’t be misled by the resort title, This is not a resort it is a golf country club that has a motel attached. I would absolutely bring my young family for a summer getaway or a golf weekend with the boys but not a birthday weekend for my wife. Several minor issues that could have been solved with additional staff but some issues are more consequential. Our room did not have hot water. Once I notified the front desk, they apologized and said they would get someone on it. A few more texts and still no hot water, no offers to move us, no offers to refund some of the

This place is fabulous! Location, amenities, common grounds are beautiful. Our room was outdated. They have slapped some paint on it to make it look better but doors, fixtures, and bathrooms show signs of many years of wear and tear. At the end of the day that didn’t matter. The beds were comfortable, the staff is helpful and polite. Food was delicious, drinks were great. Overall we would go back any time.

This was our 2nd time staying at this resort. Our room was clean, it does have a slight smell not sure how to describe but I spray lysol and it helps. We ate at the restaurant, food was good, service is slow being only one waitress they could use some help. The golf course is great. overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be back again.

I previously enjoyed staying here for business, but bringing my family and granddaughter for a before school trip had many letdowns. S'mores kits for the many fire pits were out of stock and the scheduled movie night never happened because they couldn’t get the speaker to work. To make matters worse, the pool water was murky and opaque, looking neglected, while loud music blared unchecked from a guest's private speaker for hours. Too many disappointments for one weekend. The restaurant staff’s excellent service was the highlight.
