Vicky's Place is a completely renovated 1950’s home in downtown San Antonio. This gorgeous ground floor, two bedroom, two bath home is beautifully furnished with whimsical hand painted furniture and tastefully decorated. The home has all new modern appliances, cable TV, Wii, and private parking. Located only .3 m from the riverwalk and a short walk to all downtown attractions. This home was renovated to be an AirBnB with all modern conveniences and amenities incorporated. Please enjoy!!

Wife and I stayed with some good friends and couldn’t have been more pleased. Property was very clean, homie and well decorated. Had all the necessary items that you would need and then some. Property was in a great location for walking or a short car trip to popular sights. Host was very good in being available when we needed her. Definitely would recommend and our first choice for next visit to San Antonio!

Amazing Property

Vicky’s Place was a perfect home base

My wife, sister, brother in law and I spent 2 nights in San Antonio at Vicky’s Place. It was the perfect home base for our adventures. Many of the things we wanted to see were within walking distance. We loved all the artwork in the house and the living room and bedrooms were comfortable and it was nice to have separate bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Vicky’s Place.

Super Clean & Close Access to the Riverwalk

The house is just like it looks in the photos and very clean! 20 minute walk to the Pearl or downtown along the river. We would definitely stay there again in the future!

Great place and location

We enjoyed being able to quickly walk to all the attractions in the area. The river walk was such a fun and interesting experience. San Antonio is a wonderful city to visit.

Great stay

This was our first time in San Antonio and we had a great time! Vicki‘s place was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was right next to all the cool downtown spots, easy to catch an Uber. And go to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and bars. We will definitely stay again

Fantastic Stay in SAT

Vicky's Place ranks up there in the top spots of anyplace I've stayed since vacation rentals became a thing. It's so beautifully appointed and the location downtown is 10 out of 10. The off-street parking is safe and secure. Don't hesitate to book on your next trip to South Texas.

Neighborhood gem!

Vicky’s place was perfect for our girlfriend’s trip. I particularly enjoyed the proximity to the Pearl District which I had not been to before. Perfect distance to the riverwalk meant we could walk there for dinner and then take a ride back by taxi/uber/lyft. The house was great both as a base to get to everything and a place to hang out.

Adorable and Great Location

This house was so cute and homey. Just couple of blocks from the Riverwalk, this house was the perfect retreat. Its ideal location makes it an ideal vacation retreat as we were able to easily return midday to rest and eat before returning to enjoy the nightlife. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Vicky’s Place in San Antonio. The older home was very clean and comfortable, and convenient to the River Walk. Located on a quiet street, we felt very safe the entire time. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable vacation!

Charming cheerful decor

Very clean remodeled older home is filled with bright hand painted furniture and cleverly decorated, with old wood floors and modern appliances and furnishings. Well maintained on a quiet street. Easy walk to the Riverwalk. We enjoyed our visit!

Great place in downtown San Antonio

Cozy, well-appointed property. I appreciated all the simple instructions and the simple checkout. The kitchen and appliances were modern and new. Nice living room and dining area. Liked the TVs in each bedroom and living room. The private parking space off the street was a plus.

Convenient location

This place is right on the edge of downtown and is so conveniently located near the freeway as well. My sister and I were in town to be with my niece as she tried on bridal dresses. The home had everything that we needed for our short stay.

Vicky's place was a great combination of vintage charm and modern convenience. Very quiet and very clean. Good location on the Riverwalk to go in either direction--to Pearl or to downtown.
