We enjoyed this guest house so much! The location was fantastic, the layout was perfect for us, it was super clean and super cute! Tastefully decorated—not kitschy! The host was very responsive and check-in/out was easy. Great place!

Excellent place to stay!

We were just in for a quick weekend trip. This was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, bed was very comfortable and sitting out on the patio with our morning coffee was just what we were looking for. Will definitely book again if we're ever in the area.

The VRBO is neat, clean, close to a lot of great spots. There is a washer and dryer which we used. Kitchen has coffee, tea. Hot cocoa and all the dishes and utensils needed. The host was very cordial. It was nice to walk in and see there were towels, Kleenex, Toilet paper, coffee filters, and soaps both bar and foam. I’m bookmarking this spot for future visits. Plus the deer!!! We even saw a mama deer nursing her fawn. A great bakery and shops just a few miles away.

Perfect little getaway!

My sister and I went for a girls getaway, and it was perfect! The place is clean, comfy, and close to Main St where there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit! We saw over 20 deer when leaving the neighborhood the first evening there, and it was a great surprise for these city girls! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect stay in Boerne

We love staying here! Its the perfect size for us and and a couple other people to join us. Its always very clean and well appointed. The hosts are great at responding to any questions. We will be back again for sure.

The host, Lester, was wonderful-very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and comfortable and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Washer/dryer available although we did not use them. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a couple of caves to tour. Also near enough to drive to other towns within 30 minutes. Would definitely rent this place again. Highly recommend!

Lovely place

This was a restful base for us during a visit to see one of our children. We appreciate the thoughtful amenities that allowed us to walk in and begin relaxing right away-some drinks and snacks, AC and fans running, everything needed to make coffee in the morning. Easy access to everything in the area is also nice.
