"No ac and front desk staff were terrible about opening the parking gate when you leave and enter. Would have us waiting at the gate for minutes even after honking. Would recommend upgrading to an automatic system "

"We experienced Puebla for the first time and this home was the perfect place to stay. The historic nature of the building was what first got us interested. But it has also been updated for modern comfort. Very spacious for a large group, plus it’s walking distance from the center of town. "The property manager was very nice and communicated often, which was appreciated. However, there were a few things I would’ve preferred had been described further in the property description. To start, it’s not quite in the center of the city. It’s about a 10 to 15 minute car ride. No stove in the kitchen, they did have an electric top. "Planned a staycation in Puebla, wanting to go out and enjoy the downtown for a night. Hotel Diana was the perfect choice for my evening. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in was quick and easy. The location is great for anyone wanting to experience the center of Puebla. It's a beautiful old historic antique building that has been remodeled to a very comfortable almost boutique-like hotel. A lot of the architecture from centuries ago is still used in the building. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. And I will probably be staying there again myself at some point."
