"breakfast was great, room was really clean"

"No es nada igual a las fotos,las escaleras estaban un poco quebradas casi me caia porque le faltaban pedazos a las escaleras ,salio una cucaracha de la mesita que esta entre enmedio de las dos camas y salio otra en el baño por donde estaban las tuallas en la pared. Tambien salia agua debajo del refri el refri esta super chiquito. No avia mesa para comer ni nada mas que donde estaba la tele puesta. No lo recomiendo la verdad y aparte en las reglas dice ruido despues de las 11 de la noche no permitido pero despues de las 11 avia demasiado ruido y avia gente fumando mugrero todo el tiempo que saliamos de la habitación y yo con mis niños chiquitos. Si quieren donde quedarse y van con familia este lugar no lo recomiendo para nada. Y los parqueaderos estan muy chiquitos no hay espacio se batalla bastante para parquearse si esta lleno el parqueadero y luego unos mal parqueados. 0/10 NO LO RECOMIENDO SI VAN CON FAMILIA."

"The phone in the room didn’t work the whole time we were there. I had to go to the front desk to let them know there is no hair dryer in my room. The A/C worked very well. There were a lot of bugs in the bathroom. The staff were nice. Very accessible to the beach which i enjoy the most."

"The inside of the hotel was surprisingly clean and well lit. Rooms were pretty up to date ! It’s not a bad hotel ! I think the outside could use a bit of work but overall the hotel is still a good solid choice ! The property is located in the middle of the everything though not directly to beach access you could simply cross the street over 2 streets down to it !"

"So far ok . just not enough towels ( only one bath towels end two small ones . I address the issue at front desk personal when I checked out. "

"Constant problems with the electronic key cards not operating properly to open room door. We replaced cards but problems continued."

"This place is a depressing dump. Workers look at you like they wish you'd leave. If a supervisor had not walked up ,I would still be waiting to check in. The room was filthy. We didn't want to sit on the couch because of the "stains". There was food in the corner of the bathroom. And we were in a 350$ a night suite. The room was hot a musty till we turned on the ac. Refrigerator never got cold. The bar outside was dirty and unorganized. The pool was full of people with no wrist bands ( required by guests) and they were in their street cloths in the pool. This property needs a good cleaning and lots of organizing outside. I was very disappointed. Don't be fooled by the professional pictures. It's nothing like that. Also, you have to park across the street- which the desk didn't tell me about."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and many nearby places to eat. Parking at the hotel was available but as the weekend neared, it was nearly full. The room was clean and simple."
