"Loved the place"

"This is my second stay at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Every room has a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view. Large heated pool and jacuzzi. There’s no space to place a towel on the beach but it is a prime snorkeling spot (there’s a ladder to easily get into the water). The sister hotel, which is located on the beach, is an easy and safe 10 minute walk. You get access to their amenities just by staying at this hotel. The room was huge, great shower and AC, and a big comfy bed. Fantastic option for staying in San Carlos. I’ll be back. "

"I arrived on Saturday I went into the pool fiding it very attractive. I swam for a few hours later i noticed i got a ring worm in my upper leg . I would recommend that the pool be more taken care of. I really enjoy everything else except that experience if the cleaningness of pool. The staff was super helpful and the bed was really comfortable. It has a kitchen and washer and dryer which we took fully advantage of. "

"We stayed here one night and had a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located across the marina making its location ideal. Room is very spacious, clean and designed well. The restaurant on site is very nice and there are plenty of other options close by. I will definitely consider it for our future stays. "

"The only negative thing about this property is the wifi is spotty at best. Everything else was fantastic! We tried this hotel for the first time instead of our usual and was disappointed the large pool was under construction before the busy season. We were not told ahead of time of the inconvenience and the staff was very nice, apologetic and made arrangements for us to have the best time possible. They really went above and beyond once they heard we were disappointed. We ended up having a great stay and i would definitely go back again. The rooms are clean, staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is yummy and convenient. "
