Departamento para 2 personas de 36 mts2 monoambiente; con hermosa vista al Lago Nahuel Huapi, una cocina-comedor integrada muy luminosa, y un baño completo, cómodo y moderno, ubicado en el centro de la ciudad de Bariloche, a pocas cuadras de la calle Mitre y del Centro Cívico.

Posee pileta cubierta climatizada, un pequeño gimnasio (consultar horarios de acceso), y cochera cubierta en el edificio (opcional).

Con todos los servicios internet, cable, etc. Cocina comedor con todas las comodidades, sanitarios y calefacción por caldera, WIFI en todo el departamento, TV por cable, sillones. Cocina completa con vajilla para 2 pax y todos los servicios y electrodomésticos. Dormitorio con ropa blanca y baño completa.

El depto. está preparado para recibir 2 pax en una cama matrimonial.
