Grande decepção

O.hotel esta localizado longe do centro e para chegar lá a estrada é de chão. Ponto positivo é que da para chegar ao lago correntoso a partir de uma trilha que sai do.hotel. hotel precisando de reparos urgentes. Chão de madeira parece estar afundando. Todo o hotel está precário. Quarto premium sufocante de tão quente. Sem ar condicionado. Colocaram um ventilador no chão, que nao faz nenhum efeito. Trocamos de quarto no dia seguinte, menos quente mas bem precário tambem. Atendimento básico.. Cafe da manhã bem modesto e as xícaras todas trincadas de uso. Pode até ter sido um.bom hotel ha anos atrás. Atualmente não recomendo. Com certeza nao voltaria.

Pictures and hotel are a lie !! RUN AWAY !

What a shame : the pictures are not the same than reality. - jaccuzi was empty and so dirty - the view from the window is a house in construction (And not Only the lake) and with a cigaret just in front of the window of our room. - we asked something to eat (there is a drink and food menu in the room) because there is nothing around the hotel : they told us there was nothing because it was Sunday ! We asked something on the phone (refund or something else) to the owner and he refused telling us “I’m not a f****** 5 stars hotel, I traveled in my life and I can tell you my hotel is very good”. Then, he hung up ! => I traveled in 40 countries, I can tell you your hotel is a lie ! What kind of person working in hotels : - hangs up on clients, - tells you that since it’s Sunday, he cannot offers us the same thing than if we went during the week ? Moreover, the girl at the reception did not speak English at all. Weird for an hotel called “faraway”. RUN AWAY ! NB : the only good thing is the breakfast

Super Recomendable! Este hotel ha sido un descubrimiento fantástico en la bellísima Villa La Angostura: la calidez del lugar, el trato cordial, siempre predispuesto y amoroso del personal y de su dueño, la vista espectacular al Lago Correntoso y a las montañas, el rico desayuno. Me gustó la vista, la simpatía de Sol en recepción, la buena predisposición del dueño, excelente el desayuno y muy linda la decoración. No me gustó que se escuchaba todo de la habitación de al lado y la calefacción no se sentía mucho.

Excepcional!!

Eu e meu filho tivemos uma excelente estadia. Lugar lindo, calmo e tranquilo, e o quarto nunca vi tão limpo e cheiroso. O café da manhã e todas as outras refeições que ele nos serviu estavam deliciosas. Sem palavras pra agradecer ao Sergio pela ótima recepção e por todo o que eles fez por nós!! Pretendo voltar com certeza!!

Extrem (!) hellhörige und laute Holzkonstruktion

Papierdünne Wände und Holzdecken machen den Aufenthalt im Zimmer zu einer Qual. Jedes Geräusch aus dem Treppenhaus oder den Nachbarzimmer ist ungefiltert zu vernehmen. Und allein das Holzhaus (Treppe, Decken) macht viele Geräusche... Keine Klimaanlage und nur ein Minifenster zum Kippen = schlechte Luft obendrein. Die Aussicht ist auch bald weg wegen Neubau auf dem Nachbargrundstück.

There is nothing I like about this property other than its staff minus the unfriendly woman owner. The room where I stayed is on the third floor in the attic with no elevator. I do not recommend this property nor will I ever want to stay there again.

Tolle Lage und netter Service

Das Hotel hat eine einmalige schöne Lage am See. Der Blick ist wunderbar. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Seeufer. Besonders gut ist das Frühstück. Selbst gebackenes Brot, 6 oder 7 Sorten Kuchen und ein sehr aufmerksamer, freundlicher Service machen das Hotel zur Empfehlung.

I can definitely recommendation the Faraway! It has a great deck out back with a jacuzzi and a nice lawn área with a volleyball net, bit more than anything the view is so relaxing of the lake and mountains. The breakfast service Is nice and there are plenty of magazines and plush chairs in the relax area with picture window views. The bedroom is cozy and very confortable. The staff was very helpful, mánaged by a great guy named Sergio. A great place!!

Toda la experiencia fabulosa, lo mejor: el personal, súper dedicado y preocupado por cada detalle. Muy bien el desayuno, las habitaciones y la ducha. Muy pocos aspectos negativos: el acceso hasta la hostería: calles difíciles si nieva y uno no tiene experiencia manejando en esas condiciones (nada que las cadenas no solucionen) y no queda muy claro el tema del pago del IVA si contratas por Expedia (da la sensación que lo pagué dos veces)

Acima do esperado. Maravilhoso.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Desde o momento que eu e meu noivo chegamos, foi perceptível que se tratava de um hotel diferenciado, pois o cuidado com o bem estar do hóspede era acima do esperado. A decoração do hotel é delicada, aconchegante e linda. A visão do lago que se tem do quarto é apaixonante. O quarto tem camas grandes, confortáveis e poltronas para assistir tv. O banheiro é muito espaçoso e eu tive lugar para colocar todos os meus varios produtos. O café da manhã é muito saboroso e mesmo eu fazendo dieta low carb, existiam varias opções deliciosas para comer. Para quem não tem restrição alimentar, existem muitas delícias. Enfim, eu posso definir que este hotel foi o melhor que já me hospedei e eu tenho background, pois conheço varios. Muito obrigada por todo o cuidado que tiveram para tornar a minha viagem com o meu noivo maravilhosa

El lugar excelente , la mejor relacion precio/valor de Villa la Angostura (vengo a menudo). Muy criticable la pagina de Hoteles.com que indica muy chico que el precio no incluye impuestos y que estos deben ser pagados luego en el hotel. Tienen que corregirlo.

Volvería a hospedarme

El hotel es muy cálido y confortable, el personal maravilloso y la limpieza de las habitaciones está por encima de lo habitual. Está ubicado a pocos minutos del centro de Villa La Angostura y tiene una vista muy buena. Muy recomendable, si vuelvo a esta zona, seguro que me vuelvo a alojar allí.

Lugar maravilhoso

Farway é simplesmente um lugar incrível. Uma casa na montanha, com vista para o lago e montanhas de gelo. Ao chegar no hotel já sentimos o cheiro delicioso no ambiente. A decoração é linda! A sala tem uma lareira maravilhosa pra quem for no frio, ótima para tomar um vinho. A pousada conta com 10 quartos o que a deixa bem familiar e um atendimento impecavel! O Sérgio cuida com sua esposa de tudo com muito carinho. Fala muito bem o português! Nos ajudou em tudo que pedimos, inclusive em dicas de passeios que foram ótimos! O quarto era lindo demais, a cama, lençóis e toalhas, ótimas, tudo muito cheiroso! O café da manhã e o jantar delicioso. As funcionárias Jessica e Carol nos atenderam muito bem, sempre atenciosas em tudo! Nos sentimos em casa. Uma dica é estarem de carro, pois o hotel fica fora da cidade, e seu acesso é pela montanha. E tudo na região é ideal estarem de carro para melhor conforto. Foram dias incríveis, indico muito e voltaremos com certeza.
